ist ein Informations-, Projekt- und Dokumentenmanagementsystem. OutlookInfodesk l?st sich schnell und einfach in die bestehende Outlook / ExchangeServer - Installation integrieren. F? kleinere Arbeitsgruppen funktioniert es auch ohne ExchangeServer mit OLfolders f? Outlook oder OLXPstSynchronizer. Im Einplatzbetrieb ist Outlook Infodesk alleine lauff?ig. Alle zu erstellenden Dokumente k?nen direkt aus dem zust?digen Vorgang - mit zugeordneter Adresse - erzeugt werden. Wenn ein F?ligkeitsdatum angegeben wird, erscheint der Vorgang als Wiedervorlage beim zust?digen Bearbeiter zur Erinnerung. Die erzeugten Dokumente werden automatisch an einem definierbaren Speicherort abgelegt, so geht keine Zeit bei der Suche verloren. Es ist nicht notwendig den Arbeitsplatz zu verlassen um in Ordnern und Registern zu st?ern. Zu jedem Vorgang wird eine Historie gef?rt, die alle Ver?derungen, erzeugten Dokumente und Statusmeldungen aufzeichnet.
